We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping & Fees

  • We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your final refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances once opened or used:

  • Opened or used wearable audio amplifiers
  • Personal sound amplifiers once unsealed
  • Any hygiene-sensitive products after opening
Note: Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to strict health and safety regulations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
